1st Snow

Olivia played in the snow for the first time today and boy, did she love it! She loved it so much that she went into hysterics when we took her inside. Silly girl. Tomorrow we are supposed to get 6 more inches...I can only imagine the fun she will have in that snow.

Ran 4 miles on treadmill
Weekly total 10 miles

A New Year

Happy New Year!! I'm going to start this blog again...but in order for me to be successful at it, I'm going to keep the posts short and focused on running and my daughter. I'm hoping to post a picture of O weekly and my weekly mileage. Let's see how it goes.

Today - 0 miles (took the holiday off)

Here's a pic of O and I on New Years Eve!! Here's to a great 2015!!

Simple fun

Sometimes it is the simple things that bring the most fun. Here is little O having fun playing in a box.

3 miles today on the treadmill...not as good as running outside, but still better than nothing!

Happy Running!!

Table and chairs

We gave O another Christmas present tonight...a table and chairs. When she saw it she couldn't run fast enough to get to it. The picture below is her sitting on the chair.

No run today...drove back from STL after spending a week at the inlaws. Hoping to get a few miles in tomorrow.

Happy Running!

Sundays

Oh how life has changed...a typical Sunday three months ago:
Slowly wake up, go for a run, eat breakfast, go to church, get coffee a Starbucks, grocery shop at Trader Joes, go home, read a book or take a nap

Typical Sundays now:
Wake up to a crying, hungry baby, feed baby, quickly get dressed and eat breakfast, get baby ready, go to church, nurse baby in car while S does the grocery shopping at Trader Joes, go home, repeat feeding process

Yep, it's different but I wouldn't change a thing.

Running update: ran 19 total miles last week. I am now up to running 4 miles at a ten minute pace per run. I must say that I am pretty content with that especially since I've only back at this for two weeks. This week I am hoping to get a few more miles in, but keep the pace consistent.

Happy running!!
